Altered salve.filesys naming to clean its imports

filesys.abstract still defines a Filesys, but filesys.concrete now defines a
ConcreteFilesys, which prevents confusion and conflicts with the Abstract
Filesystem type. Moved the access code enum into its own special-purpose module
(which may be renamed if more is added to it). salve.filesys no longer keeps a
ref to a ConcreteFilesys object.
Unfortunately, this last change broke some test behaviors a little bit, as they
operated by mocking methods of the "real_fs" object. To repair, these mocks are
now done on the ConcreteFilesys class, which changes their arity by one, but
also requires that a ConcreteFilesys object be instantiated during the tests.
