Refactoring the scaling code (#93)

* added function to perform mapping of DV and gradients, based on scaling

* added optProb to history file

* more refactor on scaling

* removed optProb.bulk attribute

* added test for xOffset

* added more tests

* added finalize calls to setDV

* updated getDVs to mirror setDVs

* removed objFun from optProb when pickling

* made default flag 'r' so that people do not accidentally overwrite results

* added optProb for flag='n', and also removed _deProcessX in favour of optProb.deProcessX

* added dictionary-based mapping too

* added deProcessObjective

* updated the way scaling is done in getValues

* updated tests

* added warning when pyoptsparse versions do not match

* renamed process and deProcess functions to be more clear

* changed one test to run with slsqp so that it can be tested in PR

* added docstring for processIterDict

* casting fixes

* added optProb tests

* final cleanup

* added docstrings
