0.25.0: matrix class add and decorator for test validation.
 - math class: Matrix with special handling to access rows,
   columns and and diagonals more easily.
 - decorator class to ensure that a test class can take
   reponsible for a specific class; the decorator checks
   that for EACH method a test does exist.
 - source code analyse extended to the tests as well but with
   the price to be forced to disable some warnings here and
   there because for testing purpose some test data classes
   and its functions do not need to fullfill all requirements.
