Add CurrencyProviderChain

ConfigurableCurrencyProvider::registerCurrencyProvider() has been removed, as it offered a similar but less advanced functionality, by taking a snapshot of the other provider's currencies.

The chain approach is preferred, as it takes into account changes in any of the providers in real time.
