* Alter the parameters for the MapCookBook constructor

* add validation methods to MapCookBook (though not called at present)

* test of CMF parameter to MapCookBook constructor

* Test for mismatch between CMF and LayerProp's path to layer_props.json

* test for mismatch between lyrs in LayerProps and Cookbook

* add tests for config_verify

* simplification of _get_difference methods

* refactor MapCookBook.__init__()

* small reduceing is duplication

* generalise validation in the LayerProperties object

* generalise message builder

* silly flake8 error
