Fix encryption/decryption of EncryptedID with multiple KeyDescriptors (#174)

* Fix encryption of an EncryptedID for multiple KeyDescriptors.

Previously the EncryptedID could only be decrypted with the last EncryptedKey because the CipherValue of the EncryptedID was overwritten constantly.

* Bump version and update changelog.
