finatra/inject: ThriftClientModule - keep StackClient.defaultParams

Problem: Calling Thrift.client.withParams overrides the default params, which
contains some useful defaults such as client-scoped StatsReceivers.

Solution: Use Thrift.client.configured(...) instead, to append our own params.

Result: We get the default params back.
