feat(openapi): add openapi with inheritance

This commit adds a new method `get_schemas_inheritance` that modifies the original openapi and creates a new openapi file *_inheritance.json which is written to the same folder.

We will still use the original openapi file for visualization. The new file is useful for generating code as it will keep the inheritance between the objects in the newly generated code.
