Overhauled history object API (#84)

* added API for processing optimization history file

* added more API, and refactored the code a bit

* added copy.deepcopy

* added getCallCounters API

* added more deepcopy

* changed the way db is opened in 'r' mode

* updated getValues with better logic and flexibility, and added stack

* changed pring statements to use pyOpt warning

* changed objNames back to set, and added 'last' option to callCounters

* removed readData, and made read() more flexible. also improved handling of 'last' in getValues

* added more docstring

* renamed getCallCounter to _searchCallCounter

* updated long string format

* added tests for history API

* removed unnecessary hist.close() since in read-only mode they're not needed

* updated docstring

* made deProcessX a private function

* made callCounter sorted by float value

* fixed set cast when names is a single string

* code cleanup and better warning messages

* added examples

* moved history file check to a dedicated function

* added missing metadata to CONMIN

* added more tests for history file

* fix typo
