AIMS-252:
-There was no final status for matches, so I modified ProcessMatch to change the status of the match to "completed" so that we can more easily find all remaining matches for a request. Prior to this it was a combination of its matches' status and association with a bin that determined a request's "completeness". ProcessMatch will now change the match to completed status and check to see if there are any remaining matches for the associated request. If there are none, then it will complete the request.
-Added a "status" field to Request
-Added a remaining_matches method to Request (this will be moved to a query object shortly)
-Added a fill_request activity to the logger
-Created a CompleteRequest service to handle changing the status of the request and logging the activity
