Fix handling /proc/cpuinfo without tabs (#1726)

/proc/cpuinfo uses spaces rather than tabs on ia64.  Since there seems
not to be any reason to require specific kind of whitespace before ':'
on 'cpu mhz' line, just split on ':'.
