Pack (compress) cache objects (#22)

* Initial version of packing cache object, with selectable packing algo.

* Removed MsgPack, fixed default deflate/inflate usage, packer factory.

* Removed commons compress, all packers aside from Deflate are worse.

Looking at both compression time and compressed size, other algorithms
actually perform worse than deflate.

* Use parallel streams.

* Cache size is int
