Added a function for choosing a suitable otp-router, allowing for one server to serve multiple regions. (An otp-server can serve multiple graphs (regions), but the id needs to be specified in the url: https://github.com/opentripplanner/OpenTripPlanner/wiki/MultipleGraphs. The function chooseRouter() requests the bounding boxes of all available routers and guides each accessibility request to the relevant router.)
