Direction text (#332)

* Added to the codeMirrorOPrions object property for to set deirection text.
The direction property added to the codeMirrorOPtions object
for to set direction text (rtl/ltr).

* Created generic component for setting option of type select.

* The NoteSortByOption is changed to generic component.

* the Setting for select of text direction is add to the setting window.

* the "react-markdown" doesn't have options for set the  text direction.
Because for set direction in previe mode is used the direction rule of css.
