Support scheduling to other Processor types (#121)

* Support scheduling to other Processor types

Added PROCESSOR_CALLBACKS for registering children processors
Added move and execute! methods to control execution
Added proctypes field to Sch.ThunkOptions
Added ThreadProc as CPU executor, relegated OSProc to distributing work
Modified OSProc to select children processors in round-robin via queue
Added API methods for subtypes of Processor
Changed uses of _move() to move()
Modified thunk options to always be populated in do_task()
Throw error on exhausting available processors
Update README for Processor usage
Added processor field to Chunk
Added generic move() impl. between arbitrary processors
Added per-process OSProc caching
