* update for OpenStudio SDK v3.0.0-rc1

* updates for appveyor for 3.0.0-rc1

* fix s3 link on appevyor

* updating more s3 links

* more bundler updates

* debug appveyor

* enable more debug on  appveyor

* fix parse error

* disabling CI appveyor scripts for now

* trigger build

* enable unit test

* enable rdp at end

* Updating to 3.0.0-rc2

* sha updates for rc2

* need to use the env BUNDLE_WITHOUT for oscli since it now has native gems that do not work with bundler

* try once for integration test

* update zip files/example_csv.zip

* bump rubyzip to 1.3

* update rubyzip to 2.3

* update selenium to use latest rubyzip 2.3 gem

* update to correct version of selenium

* update rubyzip

* updating workflow to 2.0.0

* try another zip file for windows

* adding local extract_archive function as workaround due to ruby bindings issue on windows

* remove debugging RDP options for Appveyor
