Commit Message

Removed start anchor on non-printing character regex, and used that for descriptions and display_labels (and reordered tests, to make the flow a bit more logical. For the new tests, selected columns rather than doing a count, so that violations get reported in the test results, which makes debugging failures a lot easier; added diagnostic parameters accordingly.
