Refactor to extract big-map logic from converters (#756)

* Restructure the big map ops code and simplify the db-conversion logic

 * capture common data extraction operations and mappings with
   meaningful names
 * remove the 2-step conversion process for big-map tables entries,
   reducing it to a single conversion
 * minor modular changes to common blocks model navigation

* Simplify Token Balance converter with code in big maps operations

 * reduce the logic in the database conversion for token updates
 * put the logic in a big maps operations and use better names for
   functions
 * extract optics logic for contracts to re-use

Note: might probably rename TezosOptics in the future to something like
  tezos.DataInspection or tezos.DataNavigation

* Remove unused import
