relations: refactoring to improve clarity

- changes field name `relations_metadata` to `relations_extra_metadata`
  to improve clarity
- parent-child relations: extra metadata are now stored in the children
  instead of the parent to avoid heavy record payload when parents have
  a high number of children
- moves fields for the resolver record into a field called
  `record_metadata`
- sequence: merge `previous` and `next` into `sequence` relation and
  introduced the relation field `order` to distinguish between previous
  and next relations
- refactor tests to be more modular
- extra refactoring will be needed to decouple records endpoint from
  relations and have standalone relations endpoints
