Tracked down and fixed cause of "api_jwt.py:77: DeprecationWarning: It is strongly recommended that you pass in a value for the "algorithms" argument when calling decode()" ... turns out the argument is now a *list* named "algorithms" rather than a *string* named "algorithm".
