* add FilterCommand to enable users to filter canteens based on tags

* Gui update using JavaFX

* fixed some bugs and wrote test for parseFilterTags

* update EnterCanteen and EnterStall UI to display canteen and stall entered

* Fix a bug with enter canteen when using an invalid index

* fix bug with using invalid index when entering stall

* fix a bug with exit not exiting

* Update user guide mainly and a bit of developer guide
