* Added multiple add and remove policies API functions.

* Some performance upliftments and adding function signature to the enforcer interface.

* Model, Policy, Adapter and internal API updated to support addPolicies and removePolicies.

* Add functions to adapter_mock.

* Adding tests to adapter_mock to increase the coverage.

* Added AdapterEx as super interface of Adapter.

* Added Grouping functions, changed name of of interface to BatchInterface, added atomicity to the operations.

* Tests for grouping policy addition and removal added.

* Increasing the coverage.

* Inherited Adapter by BatchAdapter.

* Added formatting changes and optimised RemovePolicies()
