fixed the problem when u change hash manually through location.hash=xxx the state doesnt update
turns out history library doesnt listen to hash change for browser history so when u change hash it calls the history.listen function with 'POP' as action :S
the only problem is that I couldnt get it to call the routechange functions without side effects. so I left it without route guard if history is changed not through our functions
