Add verbose file logging and docs nojekyll file generation support

- Add nojekyll boolean option to js docs configuration to allow automatic generation of .nojekyll file in docs directory to disable pre-processing of static documentation files
- Add vinyl source stream and vinyl buffer modules for creating files in memory
- Remove requirement for base directory configuration option, change default value to process.cwd()
- Change linting default setting to enabled since it logs a warning anyways, disabling it by default was misleading
- Add new file logging helper function for logging colourized file names and counts based on configuration settings
- Update unit tests to check for presence of new file path logger helper function
- Add debug configuration object for logging file names / paths / counts at different phases of various gulp tasks
- Set default value of verbose debug property based on the presence of a --debug or --verbose command line argument (ie. `gulp docs --verbose` or `npm run build -- --debug`)
- Add formatted configuration logging configuration setting with a default value based on the presence of the --debug command line argument
