Commit Message

Update `redssh.sftp.list_dir()` to properly reflect what it should do and add work around for EAGAIN items being returned from the generator.
Add `redssh.sftp.open_dir()` to properly implement cover intended features.
Fix `redssh.sftp.put_folder()` to reflect afore mentioned changes.
Correct `redssh.RedSSH.start_sftp()` documentation to let users know how to interact with SFTP easily.
Previous changes fix issues outlined in #1 and added a test to make sure this doesn't happen again.
Version bump.
