Cleanup metronbenchmark and add additional flags

- Add metricsreporter to report periodic updates
- Also cleanup parts of the writer, experiment
- Refactor out unused code
- Use a separate UDP message reader instead of starting a full doppler instance
- Add a stopAfter flag and a script to run the test continuously for the set time
