chore(dev): run type checks when executing test

Somehow "extends" property in the tsconfig does not work and no type checks are executed when running tests. Overriding tsconfig directly in jest.config.ts allows to override compiler options directly.
Pull Request #19: fix(form-config): change context type from `any` to `object`
