Fixed several badges on the README page

Details:

* Changed the target of the Travis badge to list all builds instead of
  the current build, since the intention is to get at the tatus of the
  master branch. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a link that leads
  to only the master brahcm so the list of all builds seemed to come
  the most close to that.

* Fixed the Appveyor badge content - it was using the wrong user. Also,
  changed the target of the Appveyor badge to show the history instead
  of the current build, since the intention is to get at the status of
  the master branch.

* CHanged the target of the docs badge to go to the build status at RTD
  instead of the generated docs page at RTD.

* Fixed the coverage badge - it was reporting the coverage of pywbem.
  The target of that badge was correctly going to pywbemtools.
