Fix impossible en-passant validation

An en-passant square is impossible if there is no pawn on the relatively fifth
rank. This was already validated. An en-passant square is also
impossible if:

 * The en-passant square on the relatively sixth rank is not empty.
 * The corresponding square on the relatively seventh rank is not empty.

There may be more impossible en-passant squares, but we do not do a full
retrograde analysis.
