* fix travis tests

* make image work again

* delete support of python 3.6

* add more tests; fix thumbnail_mip bug

* print out more specific info from setup-env operator; upgrade version to v0.6.2

* works for semantic map; added a new operator channel-voting;

* add g++ requirement;

* add readme of channel voting operator

* fix unittest since our voting result start from 1 rather than 0

* fix the test consistency in pytest because we are not using the numpy random seed inside the function
