The recipe covers how to parse and stream JSON objects.

Updates the installation document to add json-glib-1.0 in the optionnal
dependencies to build examples.

Adds an example of generating geographical coordinates in JSON using
Json.Generator.

Updates Travis CI dependencies to include libjson-glib-dev.
