Fix #353 - gNMI Notification rendering of int64 values.

 * (M) ygot/*
    - fix bug whereby rendering of int64 values was detected as
      invalid enumeration values. root cause of this bug was that
      we handled fields being converted to scalar values in two places,
      this change removes the handling from findUpdatedLeaves, and adds
      unit testing to ensure that this is the case.
 * (M) exampleoc/*
    - add the LLDP model to exampleoc to enable other tests.
 * (M) ygot/schema_tests
    - fix #353 - adding regression test.
