* production should be the default environment

* Flask-Environments is long dead

Flask's ENV values are lowercase

* get environment from flask first

* taking environment variable from flask

instead of directly reading from environment

* removed env parameter from init_app

* fixed tests for init_app

* removed unnecesary variable

* removed unnecessary import

* pinning shortuuid version
