Accomodated Click 7.1.1 error messages; Improved assertion messages

Details:
- click 7.1 has a bug with output capturing (it confuses stdout and stderr)
  so we are excluding it.
- Click 7.1.1 fixed that bug but outputs error messages about missing
  required parameters with the missing parameter in single quotes,
  where Click <=7.0 outputs that in double quotes. Changed the testcases
  to accomodate that.
- Improved the assertion messages.
