Merge pull request #439 from PhonologicalCorpusTools/set-pairs

Adds a button to segment pair select widgets for ProD, KL, and functional load where users can specify sets of pairwise comparisons based off a single feature. Entering a feature into the feature completer shows the pairwise comparisons, and users can further limit the comparisons by feature specification. Limitations are that it only does sets based on the segments that are + that feature to segments that are - that feature, so more complex feature changes like comparing place of articulation won't work too well (since often that involves changes in labial, coronal, anterior, back, etc.). I don't quite know how to rectify that, since place of articulation is really better represented with an n-ary feature, but instead it's been pigeon-holed into binary features for theoretical reasons.

Code is present for dealing with arbitrary sets of segments as well, if we want to go that route for things like ProD and KL, since they don't do anything pairwise. Functional load is heavily dependent on pairwise input, however, so that would take some work if we wanted to compare sets to each other.
