Issue #850: Make session reuse work properly again for SNI-using TLS sessions.

There were some lingering bugs with the SNI handling. In addition, several
hours' worth of debugging determined that maintenance of the session ID context,
in SSL_CTX and SSL objects, across SNI was essential to keeping the existing
functionality (without using the IgnoreSNI or NoSessionReuseRequired TLSOptions)
working.
