Merge tag 'v0.5.0' into develop

Update for `Creoson 2.6.0 release`_.

* New functions:
    * interface_import_file
* Add parameters:
    * bom_get_paths: add `has_simprep`
    * file_delete_material: `file` now allows wildcard
    * interface_export_file: add *NEUTRAL* to `file_type`
    * file_load_material: `file_` allows wildcard
* New returns:
    * file_massprops: add inertia matrices to output (`ctr_grav_inertia_tensor`, `coord_sys_inertia`, `coord_sys_inertia_tensor`)
