feat(Authentication):User Login with email and password

-Add findByEmail function to UserService class which contains a function to retrirve data from the db
-Add userLogin function in AuthenticationController which holds the real functionality of the login
-Add another package @babel/plugin-proposal-class-properties which allows to use fucntions within a class
-Add login router
-Add Documentations of the API in swagger.json file
-Write Unit testing for the API in tests directory
