POSXML review

The following actions have been carried out on the below files:

- EN language content reviewed and updated

file:
config/locales/en.yml

- POSXML syntax reviewed and updated
- POSXML comments added in all cases
- Public Gist created for each POSXML code sample
- Embedded POSXML HTML removed and replace by ref. to new Gist
- ignore_emulation argument set to 'true' where required
- New Gist code checked for emulation success on the emulator
