feat(Authentication):User Login with email and password

-Add tokenHanler file to hold function of handling tokens
-Add UserService class which contains a function to retrirve data from the db
-Add sample data in the db using seed
-Add login file which holds the real functionality of the login
-Add packages like babel-eslint to enable the arrow function
-Add another package @babel/plugin-proposal-class-properties which allows to use fucntions within a class
