* added logging debug to making rpc calls

* added root level logger

* added new details to interface fetch

* added error catching to logging - no silent pass

* black formatter tool ran

* pylama pep8 formatting

* updated unit test models for interface

* rolled back changes to interface data gathering

* Enriched logging around Iterator ID missing

* A quick fix of the line limit ack in comments

* removed redundant logic in find_txt on empty xpath

* changed logging handler

* Enriched logging on excepts in iosxr

* Added clause to set destination if not defined

* black syntax fixer

* removed redundant namespace
