SWITCH 'approot' FROM :Chained BACK TO :Path - #142

It seems that :Chained actions override and take priority over :Path
actions and so switching approot breaks some legacy applications
which define their own actions using :Path(). We always want to give
locally defined controllers priority, and so for now we're switching
just this action back to :Path. The other actions which were
converted from :Path to :Chained in PR #142 all still seem to be
working so for now they are being left as-is, and approot is now the
lone :Path controller action.

This requires more testing before release, as well as considering
other solutions...

Added :Path controller action to the 'TestRA::ChinookDemo' test app
along with test case to verify this case works. More locally defined
controller action scenarios are needed, such as the inverse case,
locally defined :Chained controller actions and verify they still
work...
