Many things done (#70)

* fiddled with tests...made one design school only

* refactored buildABuilding. Fixed issue with losing base refinery location

* baseRefinery is simpler now. Trying to get rid of walkTowardsBuilding function (hencelots of comments), but am working first on returning to a soup location after refining.

* returning to a soup location after refining is easier. It is also combined with finding a soup location. While statements are used for faster traversal, but edge cases had to be inserted as well.

* one more improvement of if/else branches in takeTurn()

* cleaning up code...removing walkTowardsBuilding() function

* creating a vaporator by default to improve the game... but need to reduce bytecode somewhere also. Also cleaned up code and removed a miner navigation bug.

* trying to strike a good balance of blockchain usage.
