Missing CSRF token causes all AJAX views to fail which ATM are
too many to deal with easily. Once TP and TR pages are refactored
to Patternfly there shouldn&#39;t be any pages using AJAX views and this
should be safer to remove.

There should be no jQ.ajax() or $.ajax() functions with method POST!
