Fix warning message in UnnecessaryStringOutput on Ruby 2.7

Ruby 2.7 now displays a warning when you use the `=~` operator on a
non-string Object, showing an error like:

    warning: deprecated Object#=~ is called on RuboCop::AST::SendNode;
    it always returns nil

Fix by performing the comparison only if the string is an actual
`String`.
