* altered shifting for PubNub SDK logging levels, so there will be less chances what will be conflict with user-definedvels
* added custom logger for PubNub SDK logging levels which will accept input only from "PN" classes
* fixed irregular crash which has been found on iPhone 4 iOS 7.1.1
* Switched CocoaLumberjack to constant version because of issues with 2.0.1
