Allowed non-reflective version of struct keys to be called

The non-reflective version struggles on structs where you use omitempty - json conversion drops the key and all sorts of weird stuff happens.   A power user or someone who is aware of this and needs performance boosts can use it.  The standard implementation will use reflect for structs and pointers
