Fix Travis coverage (#224)

* Fixed Travis so that it now runs the correct options including coverage.

* Also forwarded coverage and options from Conan.

* Updated travis script to use True,False for SHARED env var.

* Updated Travis to use False,True for COVERAGE env var.

* Anonimized Gitter token (previous token was destroyed)

* Fixed typo.

* Also anonymized Slack token (previous token was destroyed)

* Addressed a couple of other config warnings.

sudo is removed.
os is explicitly linux.
matrix key is now jobs.

* Set up defaults for COVERAGE and SANITIZE env vars.
