* [MIG] sale_ux: Migration to 13.0

* [FIX] Sale_ux:

- Change the reference to account.invoice by account.move now.
- Remove the compute tax and set_addition_fields that odoo remove from v13.
- Remove the part who extend the visibility of the button  "print quotation"
- Use digits='Account' insted dp.digits

* [FIX] change the version of postgresql

* [FIX] change "track_visibility" to "tracking"

* [FIX]  comment for now dependecies that are  not inicilizate yet, and no really necesary for this module
