Tidying Up the Implementation - Extracting the User Interface

There are two differences in the book that I chose to make:

1. SniperStateDisplayer does not yet contain the method sniperWinning()
   since there is no test that demands it.

2. In Main#joinAuction() the user (connection.getUser()) is not passed to
   AuctionMessageTranslator's constructor, because the latter doesn't need
   it and the constructor doesn't have this argument even on the next page.
